Au Pair Recruitment Print Materials
Each year, Cultural Care recruits thousands of young people aged 18-26 from 15+ countries around the world to spend a transformative year as an au pair in the USA living with an American family, caring for their host kids, taking classes, traveling, and exchanging cultures. I designed a suite of print marketing materials for the global au pair recruitment team - including a brochure and poster set.
An important part of au pair recruitment marketing is communicating the not-so-glamorous realities of the program (like homesickness and after-school pickup) alongside the more aspirational ones to help prospective au pairs decide if it's the right fit for them and ensure the best chance of success for all program participants. I collaborated with stakeholders across marketing, au pair recruitment, and customer support to strike the right balance and market the program in a way that is both authentic and inspiring. Recruitment materials are translated into 12 languages, so I designed layouts and formatted typography to support easy translation and consistent readability.
The brochure allows prospective au pairs to learn about the program, find out how to apply, hear stories from previous au pairs, and get excited about what their life in the USA might look like.
In addition to the brochure, I designed a set of three posters that highlight three core aspects of the au pair program: childcare, travel in the USA, and English language learning.
