Cultural Care Au Pair is the largest au pair agency in the US, currently serving 10,000+ host families across 48 states. The program offers host families affordable childcare tailored to their needs, an enriching cultural exchange experience, and dedicated support every step of the way. As a visual designer at Cultural Care, I created a variety of paid social media ads for host family recruitment. I collaborated closely with digital marketing to communicate the benefits + spirit of the program through design choices that evoke trust, openness, and cross-cultural understanding.
